RETURNS

Should you wish to return any product not damaged or defective, and unused/unopened: if it's a consumable or edible, we will be happy to refund or exchange, excluded shipping charges, provided it has been received back within 10 days and in new condition and in original, undamaged, unopened, packaging upon inspection approval, customer pays return shipping. Original Shipping is not refundable. Holiday items are not refundable or exchangeable.

RETURNS SHIPPING DAMAGES

 immediately (within 18 hours of receipt) with photographs of the damaged item with description. If your goods arrive damaged or defective, and the previous protocol was followed, an authorization of return will be issued via email, the email must be included in the return package then upon receipt, after inspection of goods, we will replace or refund in part or full if correlation prevails.  Do not send a return without the required authorization email you received from us included in the return, as we will not refund or return without it. If the item was shipped USPS, do not throw away any boxes, packing materials, or contents. Retention of these materials are required and further instructions provided. Any consumable items, such as edibles, candles, diffusers, lotions, creams, make up, tape, sheets, cannot be returned or refunded. Special delivery charges and freight charges are non-refundable.  For a refused order, freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer and order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, including shipping both ways, a refused shipment with ‘free shipping’, then assumes the charge for shipment both ways. Free shipping does incur a cost and is only applied as a discount if a certain minimum threshold is obtained. Refused purchase(s) negates free shipping of order. A customer who purchased a item backordered and then cancels the order after email noticed of the backorder items are also subject to a 25% cancelation charge.

SHIPPING

All prices are exclusive of shipping charges. Shipping/handling are based upon the weight and size of the packages shipped. 

All shipments will either be made via UPS, USPS, FedEx etc.*Free shipping is a limited time promotional offer and only applies to items that do not required freight, special shipping, etc..*OR if exceeding regulations than it will be shipped freight according to address, which if it differs from shipping quoted at check out we will contact you to inform you of the freight/special shipping charge, confirm your purchase,  amend the payment via additional credit card charge, and advise the estimated shipment date. Moss and Ivy reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. If goods are in stock you should receive your order promptly providing the item is in stock, however shipping times do vary per location, time of year, natural occurrences, shipping company's delays, which is beyond our control after the item leaves our custody. If an item is sold out we will give you the option of putting it on back order and giving you an estimated new delivery date, or suggest an alternative product.

Customers who prefer expedited delivery please specify when checking out. Not all of our products can be shipped expedited delivery.  We will third day air orders at customer's expense. Moss & Ivy will do our best to make sure your order is delivered as soon as possible.

PROFESSIONAL COURTESY TO THE TRADE:

Email a signed copy of your current year state tax license, a request for professional courtesy on your letterhead with the owner(s) name(s), business address, shipping address, business phone and fax number, and the address and phone number associated with the credit card you will be using for purchases. Please note that professional courtesy will not be applied to sale, preferred customer specials, clearance items, or if a promo code is applied.

Please note that should any of your items be out-of-stock or discontinued, you will receive an additional email after your order confirmation specifying the specific status of each item in question. If necessary, we may contact you by telephone to resolve any issues concerning your order.

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and your shopping cart. Your name and password are used to verify that you are a registered customer and prevent anyone else who may have access to your computer from ordering in your name without your express permission.

We will contact you with sale notices, new merchandise and special events. If an item is being dropped shipped, our vendors will have your address, phone number and a copy of your order. They will not be provided with your credit information. They will only have the necessary information to complete your order.

7. HOW MOSS & IVY PROTECTS YOU

Your credit card will NEVER be displayed on our site except for the last 4 digits. Customers have full confidence Moss & Ivy because it employs “Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)” Technology. SSL Technology encrypts all your personal information so it cannot be read as it travels via the Internet. When the letters "http" in the URL change to "https," the "s" indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL. Also, your browser may give you a pop-up message that you're about to enter a secure area. Your information can not travel over the internet. This means that your information is only available to you, Moss & Ivy and your credit card authorization company. We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard and others.
